Ultrasound therapy for the back and shoulders may not be appropriate for clients who are pregnant, have pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, metal implants in the treatment area, or active cancer without medical clearance. Treatment should be avoided on broken skin, open wounds, active infections, severe cystic or pustular lesions, sunburned or severely inflamed skin, or areas that have recently undergone surgery or advanced procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, waxing, or electrolysis.
Ultrasound is also not recommended for clients with reduced sensation, nerve damage, fever, active illness, or sensitivity to heat. All ultrasound services are performed within the Complexion Reset™ Method following a personalized consultation to determine suitability based on the skin’s current condition and tolerance.
