How do I know which phase is right for me?

The Skin Phase Assessment provides a helpful starting point, but your phase is ultimately determined through consultation and professional skin analysis. We consider how your complexion looks, feels, and responds—including sensitivity, hydration, oil behavior, texture, current products, lifestyle, and hormonal or environmental changes.

Your age does not determine your phase. Your skin does.

Can I begin in RESTORE or CONDITION?

Yes. You do not have to begin in RESET if your skin is already comfortable, balanced, and ready for more targeted care.

If your complexion feels reactive, uncomfortable, or less tolerant than usual, RESET may be the appropriate starting point. Once the skin becomes more stable, care can progress into RESTORE or CONDITION. Your starting phase is based on what your skin can comfortably receive now.

How long will I remain in each phase?

There is no fixed timeline. Some clients move into another phase relatively quickly, while others benefit from remaining in one phase longer. Hormones, stress, environment, lifestyle, home care, medications, and seasonal changes can all influence how the complexion responds.

Your progress is evaluated over time, and your treatment and home-care recommendations are adjusted as your skin’s needs change.

No. We can review your existing routine and recommend which products may continue to support your goals.

If an existing product appears too active, duplicative, or unsuitable for your current condition, we may recommend simplifying or replacing it.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit takes place in a private, comfortable studio environment in Farmington Hills. It begins with a consultation, skin-history review, and professional analysis of your complexion’s current condition, needs, and tolerance.

Your treatment is then personalized according to what your skin needs that day. You will also receive practical home-care guidance and a clearer understanding of the appropriate next step in your Complexion Reset® journey.
