Find Your Skin Phase

Your skin is a living, breathing map of your internal environment. When it stops responding the way it used to, it’s not failing, it’s communicating. Often, this is a signal that your skin needs a different level of care rather than more pressure.

This assessment identifies your current Functional Phase. This is not a symptom quiz; it is a way to understand your skin’s current capacity for change, stimulation, and recovery.

Choose the answer that feels most true right now.

1. How does your skin feel most days?

What this reveals: overall stability + comfort

A. Tight, irritated, oily, dry, or unpredictable - Your skin may be overwhelmed or out of balance, indicating a need for stabilization before correction.

B. Mostly stable, but with concerns like dullness, texture, or uneven tone - Your skin is functioning, but may benefit from strengthening and targeted correction.

C. Comfortable, balanced, and generally easy to manage - Your skin is stable and may benefit from maintenance and long-term optimization.

This gives you insight into your skin’s overall stability.  Next, look at how your skin responds to what you apply.

2. How does your skin respond to products?

What this reveals: responsiveness + compatibility

A. Easily irritated or inconsistent—sometimes nothing seems to work - Your skin may not be receiving or tolerating support effectively, often due to barrier disruption.

B. It responds, but results are slow or incomplete - Your skin can respond, but may lack the strength to sustain or fully develop results.

C. It responds well and maintains results with consistency - Your skin is functioning well and able to benefit from ongoing care.

That helps you understand how your skin interacts with your routine.  Now, focus on what concerns are most noticeable right now.

3. What is your biggest concern right now?

What this reveals: visible expression of skin function

A. Breakouts, sensitivity, redness, dryness, or imbalance - These often reflect underlying instability or barrier disruption.

B. Fine lines, dark spots, rough texture, or dullness - These concerns often appear when skin needs strengthening and renewal support.

C. Maintaining glow, hydration, and preventing future issues - Your focus is on preserving results and supporting long-term skin health.

This highlights how your skin is presenting on the surface.  Next, look at how your current routine is supporting, or not supporting, your skin.

4. How would you describe your current routine?

What this reveals: alignment between care + skin needs

A. I’ve tried a lot of things, and my skin feels confused or overwhelmed - Your skin may be overstimulated or not receiving consistent, supportive care.

B. I have a routine, but I want better results - Your routine is in place, but your skin may need more targeted support to improve outcomes.

C. My routine works well—I just want to maintain and improve - Your skin is responding well and can benefit from continued optimization.

Your routine tells a lot about how your skin is being supported.  Now, look at how often your skin becomes reactive.

5. How often do you experience irritation or flare-ups?

What this reveals: sensitivity + tolerance

A. Frequently - Your skin may be reactive or compromised, indicating a need for calming and stabilization.

B. Occasionally - Your skin is relatively stable but may still experience moments of sensitivity.

C. Rarely - Your skin is resilient and able to maintain balance consistently.

This helps you understand your skin’s tolerance level.  Finally, look at how your skin behaves throughout the day.

6. How does your skin look by the end of the day?

What this reveals: daily performance + balance

A. Shiny, irritated, dry, or uneven - Your skin may be struggling to maintain balance throughout the day

B. Slightly dull or textured - Your skin is functioning, but may need refinement and support

C. Smooth, balanced, and consistent - Your skin is maintaining stability and responding well to care

How your skin looks by the end of the day reveals how well it is functioning under real-life conditions—not just right after cleansing or product application.

This assessment isn’t just about how your skin looks—it’s about how it performs.  By identifying your functional phase, we can match your skin with the level of care it can actually respond to right now—removing the pressure of overdoing it and replacing it with precise, intentional support that restores balance and builds resilience over time.
