How Your Phase Can Change

Complexion Reset® is designed to respond as your skin changes.

Your phase is not determined by age, a fixed number of treatments or a predetermined timeline. It reflects your skin's current condition, needs and tolerance and may change as your skin responds to care, hormonal shifts, seasonal changes, environment, lifestyle or other influences.

You do not have to begin in RESET or move through the phases in a particular order. Your skin may need greater stability at one point, more targeted care at another, or consistent maintenance when it is comfortable and responding well.

When Skin Moves From RESET to RESTORE

When skin becomes calmer, more comfortable and better able to tolerate care, its needs may shift from stabilization toward more targeted support.

RESTORE may become appropriate when concerns such as dehydration, buildup, dullness, uneven texture, uneven-looking tone, congestion or diminished radiance can be addressed without unnecessarily overwhelming the skin.

When Skin Moves From RESTORE to CONDITION

When skin is stable, comfortable and responding well to targeted care, the priority may shift toward maintaining what's working.

CONDITION focuses on consistent care that helps maintain hydration, smoothness, clarity, balance and luminosity while continuing to support the appearance of firmness, elasticity and even-looking tone.

When Skin Needs to Return to RESET or RESTORE

Skin doesn't always move in one direction.

Hormonal changes, seasonal shifts, stress, illness, environmental exposure, procedures or changes in products and routines can affect how skin looks, feels and responds.

When skin becomes uncomfortable, reactive or less tolerant, RESET may again become appropriate. When skin remains stable but develops concerns requiring more targeted attention, RESTORE may become the better fit.

Changing phases isn't starting over. It's responding appropriately to what your skin needs now.

Your Phase Is Not a Permanent Skin Type

RESET, RESTORE and CONDITION are not labels for your skin and they are not levels you have to complete.

They provide a way to adjust care according to how your complexion is functioning today.
